Telfair is 116 lots of the original 156 lot subdivision located in South Forsyth County, Georgia. The community was originally developed in 2006, and then foreclosed by a regional bank and purchased by GDC in 2009. Since purchasing, GDC has entered into a lot purchase agreement with Legendary Communities to build out the balance of the community. The community is currently open for sale with homes under construction starting in the $200’s.
