Rancho Santalina is a 237 lot subdivision located in San Marcos, California. GDC purchased the remainder of this project as part of a coordinated short sale with the lender and the previous builder. GDC also purchased the existing 6 model homes as a separate transaction. Since purchasing, GDC has entered into a fee-build arrangement with Fieldstone Communities to build out the balance of the community. The community is currently open for sale with homes under construction.
