Through two separate purchases, GDC acquired 660 lots in the Esperanza Specific Plan located in Ontario, California. The lots are a part of the New Model Colony development that will be developed over the next 5-7 years. These acquisitions were made with intent to hold the lots for development upon market recovery, and were selected as a result of their strategic location in the New Model Colony. It is anticipated that the first homes will be delivered on this property in 2015.
