Frank Thomas, President and Chief Executive Officer of Genstar Development Company (Canada) and GDC Communities (USA), has been with the company for over 30 years. Frank started his career at Genstar in Calgary as Senior Engineer. After assuming the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, Frank moved to San Diego along with the Genstar Corporate Office, and in 2001 founded GDC Communities to acquire Genstar Development Company from its parent company, and to provide a foundation for new US investments and operations. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Frank is responsible for overseeing business development and strategic planning of both Genstar Development Company and GDC Communities.

Gina Papandrea, Chief Financial Officer for GDC Communities (USA) and Genstar Development Company (Canada), and Executive Vice President for GDC Communities, has been with the company since 1995. Gina started her career at Genstar in San Diego as Senior Vice President of Finance. As Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Gina is responsible for the company’s strategic planning, acquisitions, and financial and administrative affairs.
