Who We Are

GDC Communities is a private real estate company headquartered in San Diego, CA with operations in Southern California, Atlanta and throughout Canada. GDC focuses on residential land investments and equity financing. In addition to its US operations, through its affiliate Genstar Development Company, GDC directs the acquisition and development of Canadian master planned communities in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario.

With a growing portfolio of real estate holdings, GDC is searching for new opportunities to acquire land, form joint ventures, provide equity financing or enter into fee build arrangements with private homebuilders.

GDC is internally financed and can react quickly to secure opportunities. The flexibility of our financial resources allows us to be entrepreneurial in our approach to structuring investments tailored to the needs of our partners.
