| GDC
Communities has a growing portfolio
of real estate projects in the United
States. We are constantly searching
for new opportunities to acquire land,
form new joint ventures, or place equity
funds in other's projects.
GDC Communities is internally financed and can react
quickly to opportunities to participate in new ventures.
If you have an opportunity in mind that you think we
might be interested in, please contact David Waters
(email David), Director of Corporate
Development to discuss how we can work together. Whether
it is an acquisition or joint venture, GDC Communities
has a long history of satisfying sellers and partners. |
